Medium: Corel Painter 6.
Loki, trickster of the Norse gods. When I was asked to paint this picture, I decided that I would portray him as an '80s rock god. After all, he WAS a trickster. The picture is posted in my Elfwood gallery, and a few anonymous and all-knowing commenters have apparently been traumatized for life by the fact that he "doesn't look like a Norse god." Of course, they didn't read my description of the picture, they never do, and their mamas didn't teach them to think outside the box. Some people need better priorities in their lives if they are so upset by such a trivial matter.
